My wife and I can probably be considered one of Terry's greatest success stories. Terry assisted us with purchasing our first house in 2014. With a baby on the way, she educated us as first time home buyers and eventually helped us find the perfect house in the town we wanted to live in. Two years later, our financial situation was stronger, interest rates were low, and we were thinking about growing our family from three to four. Despite long odds, Terry agreed to list our house and look for another. Because of Terry being our agent, we were able to sell our house for a profit. This was truly improbable. We eventually found a foreclosure that would suit our needs very well. As the foreclosure process drug on and on, Terry remembered what I had called "my dream neighborhood" during our home search two years prior. A home came on the market in that neighborhood in our price range. We had the first showing, the first offer, and we got the house. Terry literally changed our lives. I have referred our to family and friends to her. Everyone's experience has been just as great as ours. Terry is honest, no gimmicks, no nonsense, no empty promises. Terry was very patient with my wife and I throughout the entire home buying experience. We were never pressured into looking at or making an offer on a house we were not interested in. Even after our first home purchase attempt fell through, after inspection, Terry sat back and allowed us to regroup and rethink our requirements and budget before restarting our search.
Terry’s knowledge of the area was great when it came to deciding where to look and buy. She dedicated herself to ensure we only looked at properties that we would be interested in and that met the needs we were looking for. She helped us see the potential in properties that were close matches and always carefully explained the pros and cons of each property.
When it came time to making offers Terry again carefully walked us through the process and explained every detail of what we were looking at and agreeing to. In the end, Terry wasn’t just our realtor she was our friend looking out for our best interest. Now that we have purchased our first home with Terry’s help we also get to call her neighbor.
