Terry assisted us with purchasing our first house in 2014. With a baby on the way, she educated us as first time home buyers and eventually helped us find the perfect house in the town we wanted to live in. Two years later, our financial situation was stronger, interest rates were low, and we were thinking about growing our family from three to four. Despite long odds, Terry agreed to list our house and look for another. Because of Terry being our agent, we were able to sell our house for a profit. This was truly improbable. We eventually found a foreclosure that would suit our needs very well. As the foreclosure process drug on and on, Terry remembered what I had called "my dream neighborhood" during our home search two years prior. A home came on the market in that neighborhood in our price range. We had the first showing, the first offer, and we got the house. Terry literally changed our lives. When it came time to making offers Terry again carefully walked us through the process and explained every detail of what we were looking at and agreeing to. In the end, Terry wasn’t just our realtor she was our friend looking out for our best interest. Now that we have purchased our first home with Terry’s help we also get to call her neighbor.
